You are warmly welcome to join our course in Classical Hatha Yoga. You will have the opportunity to learn an exercise called Upa Yoga. You will learn the exercises step by step, so that after completing the course, you will be able to practice Upa Yoga on your own and incorporate it into your daily routine. The course is suitable for those who are new to yoga.

Upa Yoga is a simple yet powerful system of exercises that activates the joints, muscles, and energy system. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body's mechanics, Upa Yoga helps to alleviate fatigue in the body and bring relief to the entire system.

Upa Yoga has several benefits:
