Yogasanas

«The word «asana» literally means a posture. Of the countless postures a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can develop the body and mind to achieve optimal health and inner well-being. Yogasanas are not just exercises, but subtle processes of directing one's energy in a particular direction. Hatha Yoga is offered as a series of 36 powerful postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.

In an unprepared state, the human body is a constant manifestation of repetitive actions. By consciously shaping the body in a specific position, one opens up the system and facilitates an energy flow that can raise consciousness.

Yogasanas are a method of adjusting the internal system and adapting it to the cosmic geometry, which helps to achieve harmony with existence and naturally promotes a balanced state of health, joy, happiness and above all, balance

I had an excellent experience with the yoga courses taught by Rav. Instructions were clear and the yoga is an excellent way to condition and prepare the body for meditation. The routines are learned in such a way that they can be done independently, and at one’s own pace and breath. In this way, one has the routine available at any time for the rest of one’s life.
