Children’s Yoga

The program introduces children to yoga through fun and joy, and gives each child the opportunity to develop and unfold their natural potential. It is offered by Isha yoga teachers, trained under the guidance of Sadhguru.

The Yoga for Kids program contains an introduction to yoga exercises through simple asanas and kriyas that improve life. The program's content is presented through fun games, so that children experience a sense of belonging with life.

Children who participate in our yoga program experience increased concentration and memory, improved focus and better coordination between body and mind. The exercises help prevent obesity, asthma, sinus infections and other chronic diseases.
