How is Isha Yoga different?

One of the main differences between Isha Yoga and other schools is that the teaching method is structured so that after a program of 2-4 sessions you get a complete practice that you can carry out independently anywhere.

No need for previous yoga experience

There are no requirements for physical fitness or previous experience with yoga - all necessary knowledge will be imparted during the course

No requirements for flexibility

To participate in the course, you do not need a flexible body - you perform the exercises as best you can, and over time you will improve with the practice.

One-off course
