Since I completed Inner Engineering program I have wish to learn more from Isha Institute and go to India or America to do some practices in person but there no time for travel. I get so excited when I see the opportunity to do Syria Kriya in Oslo . After the weekend practice I felt good and inspired by teaching methods from Rav Sira. Truly easy and loving atmosphere which brings you in to the calm state. Since then I'm practicing what I have learned and it's giving me strength and health in my body and mind. Love doing it such practices and looking forward to learn more from Sadhguru methods of yoga and meditations. With gratitude Raitis.
When I first heard about Syria Kriya, I thought it was just an Indian name for the Western yoga I had come across before. During the class, I was fascinated by the dedication and attention to detail required to do classical yoga - yoga the way it should be done . There is something in the year-old tradition that touches the spiritual in its exercises. I gained a new relationship with yoga and no longer see it as something that is only done for the body. Every review of Syria Kriya I feel brings me closer to a balance in body, mind and soul. It is strongly recommended to use the opportunity Rav gives us to be able to learn a life-changing practice ☯️♀️
Rav Sira transmits Classical Hatha Yoga with integrity and ease. It is obvious that Isha Foundation trains their teachers well. Practicing Surya Kriya is truly a privilege and an experience not to be missed. Give it the necessary time and involvement and it will give you something very special.
I have learned a combination of Upa yoga and Surya Kria from Rav which I have now practiced for 18 months. It is the best maintenance routine I have tried to relieve back and joint pains caused by my Ankylosing spondylitis diagnosis (Bechterew's disease) I need to put in a level of dedication but the reward is significant. My overall physical condition feels really good as well.
I found the Surya Kriya course with Rav to be comfortable, educational and good. I think I told Rav after the class that it felt like I had a big smile behind my whole face after going through the days. Highly recommended! When I do Surya Kriya in the morning calms the whole body and the negative thoughts quiet down. I bring a positive, open and good and warm energy with me through everyday life.
I learned Surya Kriya with Rav almost around a year ago, and have been inspired to keep up with practicing it every day since then. I would describe Rav as a truly committed teacher, and also an excellent yogi example, as he managed to transmit me something completely new and unexpected in my life throughout the practice. I feel like practicing Surya Kriya every morning is helping me both mentally and physically in many aspects, and therefore it is something I take with me for my whole life.
